I’ve been watching MCZ closely since earnings wait for price to stabilize and show some signs of strength. Price bounced near the support of this short term trading range that MCZ has been stuck in ever since the breakout from $1. I like the pattern forming here and volume remains a high levels meaning that theres a lot of interests in here and a breakout could result in a strong move to the upside. The Fundamentals have been making a strong rebound as we’ve seen price rally from its lows in the .30’s to now trading in the 1.20’s. Gross profits increased 100% for the fiscal year ended mar 31st 07′ over the prior year. I’m also expecting very strong sales from there halo 3 licensed products when they are released:

Let me regurgitate why Halo 3 is such a big deal:

Another speculative thing that was recently announced from MCZ is there licensing deal with MSFT for HALO 3 products. HALO is the most popular game series for any console out there. I myself “used” to play it for hours and hours with my friends. I’m sure me and my buddies will be putting in a few solid hours H3 when it comes out. To get an idea of how popular Halo 2 was, 2.4 million copies were sold in the first 24 hours earning $125m thus out-grossing the highest grossing release in entertainment history of all time, which was Pirates of the Caribbean. So be that as it may, Halo 2 was the biggest event in the entertainment industry ever  Kiss Halo 2 was the most popular game played on XBOX live with over 1/2 billion games played until in 2006(2 years after h2 release) . Gears of War took over the top spot, which might i add MCZ has licensing deals with also for accessories.

I think MCZ has the ability to continue this rally giving us at least 20% profit from these levels. So i should probably put my money where my mouth is and fill a position once more in MCZ tomorrow.
