???? we just traded recently for a solid short term gain but it looks like it could be setting up for another big move that we can capitalize on as this stock has been very volatile so while we could see some big gains it also poses some risk. Price action made an awesome bounce off of the 13ema support level and rallied 24.5% Tuesday to close at 1.93 up .09 from our entry at 1.84. This chart is just so sexy, i needed to take it for round 2 of love making.

???? is another stock thats chart was just way to attractive for me to pass up as this stock has been beaten down dramatically over the course of 08′ . But with this recent volume and bullish chart behavior i needed to hop in for some action. Price made a great looking bounce off of the 13ema trend support level on increased volume rallying 21% tuesday as well as breaking out from its bullish pennant formation which suggests a continuation to the upside. We bought ???? at 8.44. Next strong resistance level is near $10 which may be a good spot to take some profits. But a breakout above $10 will be a very bullish move.

???? has an awesome looking stock chart  price broke out from the horizontal resistance mark around $10/share monday on heavy volume in the face of a collapsing market. This breakout suggests a possible move to fill the gap in the low 13 area which implies a possible 30%+ potential gain here. Looking at ???? #’s they expect some very strong earnings growth nearly 75% in 09′ which is quite significant as i don’t see these kind of estimates very often in this weak ass economy we’re stuck in currently. Analysts are expecting .68eps in 09′ which gives ???? a future fair value among its industry peers of $16.10/share compared to its closing price of 10.17 monday. We alerted our members of ???? near the close Monday and entered a position at 10.06.

??? has been making a huge run in 08′ starting off the year around 2.50 and currently closed at its all time high of 8.87 Monday on an excellent looking ascending triangle pattern with heavy volume confirmation. This is a very bullish pattern as price broke out of a strong pattern to all time highs on volume with nothing but blue skys and no resistance ahead. And this stock is still undervalued at these prices. Taking a look at the analyst estimates for ???’s forward earnings of .85 and an industry average earnings multiple of 19.33 this suggests that ??? carrys future fair value among its industry peers of $16.43/share  compared to todays closing price of 8.87. We alerted our members of this stock near the close Friday and entered long at 8.94.

???? has one of the most impressive undervaluations ive seen in a while and i still don’t understand why this stock has been beaten down so much other than this dry economy and bearish sentimented market. But Things look like they might be making a turnaround for the better as ????’s stock chart is shaping up nicely from a technical analysis point of veiw with a strong bottoming ascending triangle pattern and large volume spikes in play. This stock is deeply depressed in value among its peers in the specialty chemicals industry as they are expecting a 65% increase in revenues for 08′ on .25eps and looking forward they expect to report .31eps giving this small cap a very attractive forward p/e ratio of just 2.52x compared to the industry average trading multiple of a whopping 34x earnings! Given these estimates, theoretically ???? is fairly valued among its trading peers with a share price of .31eps x 34 P/E  = $10.54/share or 1250% above Mondays closing price of just .78. I alerted my members to go Long ???? at .84.

First stock were looking at ???? we’ve traded before in the past for some solid gains. After some consolidations and their recent bullish earnings report and raised guidance this stock chart is on fire and looking to hit all time highs in the near future. Friday price broke its short term consolidation pattern with its high of day reaching its all time peak resistance but failed to breakout. Its very possible that we will see some profit taking from here down near the midpoint support in the 20-21/share range which is where i want to pick up some shares given the chance as i believe this should breakout to new highs given some time.

Day Trading set up #1

Here we are looking at the 5 day 5 min chart of ??? which is setting up a very bullish looking ascending triangle pattern with a neckline resistance at 2.05. If price moves up above 2.05 we could easily see a move of 10% or more IMO that we could capitalize on for a day trading opp. Take a look at the daily chart as well with the bullish hammer candle formed. I want to go long this stock on a move above 2.05 for a day trade.

Help for strapped homeowners, mortgage giants sails through House after Bush drops opposition WASHINGTON (AP) — Rescue legislation sailed through the House on Wednesday aimed at helping 400,000 strapped homeowners avoid foreclosure and preventing the collapse of troubled mortgage companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

We bought this stock on the risk of todays 40% rally though the chart was just too attractive to pass up. We bought at 1.78, price closed at 1.90 and is now up another 15% AH. With price breaking above $2/share resistance this will be a very bullish breakout as there is no resistance until around 4.50 which is over 100% gain from here and is definitely not out of the possibility as these stocks have been so beaten down.  Hopefully we some some serious volatility in our favor thursday and friday as earnings are on Monday and im not a big fan of holding through earnings due to the risk.

This Small cap penny stock has quite an appealing stock chart as it broke out from its symmetrical triangle today on increased volume signifying this is a legit breakout and this bull move will continue. This play is mostly technical momentum trade. We went long just a 1/3 position at .185.

???? was brought to my attention in the last few minutes of trading by veteran member Ket1430 who always has some good input to the community. I went long here at 2.94. This stock has been hammered down for a while but is in the speculative uranium energy sector and i believe these stocks will make a come back at some point and the chart here says this could be the beginning of at least a short term rebound where we could scalp around 20% or so on this trade.

???? is setting up in a nice pattern now after it recently broke through resistance and is showing signs of support around $20/share as well as sitting on the 13/9 ma’s. Short term profit target for this stock is our next resistance point around 25.50. This is a very speculative wind energy stock that we’ve seen make huge moves before so hopefully we can catch round 2 here.

A lack of supply for towers has the wind sector on fire, says Jim Cramer. A pure (but speculative : ????) play:  Cramer thinks “this can be a gigantic, gigantic company.”

Next stock we’re taking a look at lies within the speculative ethanol industry which rallied on UBS’s upgrade of this sector. ???? has been beaten down all year long from its highs near $10 and now resting at $2.21/share after Fridays breakout. I want to go long this stock on monday with a 1/2 position and buy the second 1/2 given the chance on a dip near $2/share

Heres my long lost friend ????.OB thats treated me very nicely as well has been a bad friend in the past as well. But ive made more money than lost on this undervalued small cap giant. Recently ???? reported preliminary results which sparked the huge rally of over 50% on a substantial increase in volume on July 11th. Today price broke out of its bullish pennant formation which leads me to believe that this stock is setting up for another bullish move at least to $2/share which would be a 17.5% gain which is fairly attractive. Forward earnings place a fair value among its peers of around $5/share so the chance of breaking out above $2/share is certainly a possibility but short term goal is to capitalize on a quick trade to $2 for a solid gain. I want to go long Thursday a 1/2 position.

first stock were taking a look at is in the financial industry and has suffered a huge drop over the past months though appears to be forming a base and stabilizing. Looking at the medium term chart price has recently broke out from its steep descending wedge pattern indicating a possible short term reversal of the recent bear trend.

Looking at the shorter term intraday 60m chart we can see that price has formed a very nice looking rounded bottom and ascending triangle. If price breaks out above the 2.89 resistance point this could result in a strong short term move for the bulls that we could capitalize on. I want to go long this stock on a breakout above 2.89.

Second we bought today (????) at a price of 2.52 near the close as it is currently breaking out of a strong cup and handle stock chart pattern which could result in a very positive move for the bulls as we have seen this stock move before. But on both the bull and bears side so we need to be cautious and set our stops. We should expect to see a strong move on the bull side of this move as volume was heavy on this breakout.

???? made a nice move today as this stock is forming a great looking ascending triangle pattern with heavy volume throughout the pattern suggesting to me that this stock will continue this bullish trend and eventually breakout to new highs. I went long 1/2 position today at 4.69. If price breaks out of this ascending triangle pattern on a move above 5.08 i will go long the second 1/2 position.
