The best way to find to make loads of money in the market is to find the hidden treasures before the mob has found them. The stocks that you can get into before they are in the public eye and blow up before you can get into it at a fair price. One way to find these kind of stocks are to scope out the OTCBB stocks before they are traded on the major exchanges. Such as stocks like CDS that I found while it was trading as a bulletin board stock and purchased in the $3 area and noticed its value and growth as a hidden treasure stock. I eventually sold this stock for a 150% gain after it was trading as a stock on the Nasdaq exchange. Another Example is ABAT which also used to trade on the BB exchange and I manage to pull 35% out of when it was trading in the $1 area. It is now listed on the Nasdaq as well and went as high as $9/share.

CSGH.OB is another great example of a BB stock that could turn out some huge profits as it has some phenomenal growth and will likely trade on a major exchange one day, as of Todays close its trading at just 1.06/share. Lets compare CSGH.OB to two other Lithium Ion Stocks traded on the Nasdaq ; ABAT and CBAK.

CBAK : Unprofitable
CSGH.OB : 8.4x

Forward P/E : Winner = CSGH
ABAT: .51 = 7.64x earnings multiple
CBAK: .19 = 21.2x earnings multiple
CSGH: Guesstimated 100% earnings growth = .26 = 4x earnings multiple

Future Fair Value Within Industry Based on 14x earnings average P/E and Forward Earnings est. Winner = CSGH
ABAT: 14 x .51 = 7.41 ; 81% increase from todays closing price
CBAK: 2.66 = 33.9% decrease from todays closing price
CSGH.OB : 3.64 = 244% increase from todays closing price

So after looking at CSGH’s growth #’s I see a lot of the similarities that I saw in ABAT and CDS when I first found them as small time bulletin board companies before they hit the major exchanges. With CSGH trading just over a buck and recently reporting record earnings I think this is a prime opportunity to hop and board as this could be another big winner.

???? has been dragged down like most stocks in 08 yet looks to showing some stabilization as of late with todays 8% rally. Fundamentally this stock looks really strong with nearly 100% eps growth forcasted for 09′ and a future fair value of $19.68 given the 1.23 estimates and industry average 17x P/E compared to todays closing price of 9.56 making this stock look very attractive at these prices.

Technical Analysis:

In early august price action took a big hit on a gap down but has stabilized in short term uptrend. Todays move sparked some strong momentum for the bulls leading me to believe this stock has a chance of filling that gap in the lower 11’s. I went long at 9.58

??? has also taken a dramatic beating in 08′ and is near its all time lows. This is mainly a technical play here for me as price formed a bullish hammer candle in todays session after hitting all time lows. I think its very possible to see a quick 5-10% move from here or more for us to rake in a few points on a short term trade. i went long at 1.23.

???? we have traded in the past for some solid gains not too long ago. Now that that have released a record earnings report momentum is back in favor of the bulls and its very possible that we could swing a big profitable trade on this stock once more.

Technical Analysis:

Price action broke out from its descending triangle and met resistance around 1.22 from its last peak early this month. I think its very possible for momentum to continue on this stock so i want to buy a 1/2 position Monday Morning and buy the second 1/2 if given the chance on a dip.

???? has been beatin down severely in 2008 losing over 90% of its value and a lot of short sellers pressing this stock down as well. Yet this also presents a good opportunity to buy this stock on a breakout and catch a short squeeze and with this stock trading at just 2.69/share now its very possible to see some huge moves.

Technical Analysis:

??? made a steep decline over the past few months yet has stabilized forming a horizontal trading channel. Friday that channel was broken to the upside showing a buy signal as there is no resistance in this stock until $5/share as well. I think we could see some solid gains out of this stock over the next few weeks. I want to go long a 1/2 position here Monday morning.

P.s. Last week was nice having the week off i dont think i have taken a full week off from trading in over 2 years haha….. We finally got settled into our new place in San Diego i love it here we’ve been having so much fun and were goin to a chargers game tomorrow night so that should be sweet!

Small Cap Stock Pick : ???

This stock has treated us very nicely in the near past for some huge gains and looks like it could pay us off well again as its still looking very strong after its recent earnings release as well as rallied over 9% today as the Dow dropped over 100 points signaling a lot of strength in this stock. Price action is following the bullish trend of the 13ema as well as breaking out from a short term ascending triangle Wednesday. I alerted members to go long at early wednesday morning and price closed at 3.22. Ideally we would like to see price run to the next resistance mark around 4.50/share which relays a possible 46% gain here. I have a feeling we will see some stabilization in the market thursday if not a rally…. Guess we’ll see

???? broke out from a very bullish looking ascending triangle formation Monday on increased volume signaling that this stock could make a big move into Tuesday. Hopefully the markets are stable tomorrow and looks like it could be as oil prices are falling in Asia on a stronger dollar in the tuesday session ahead of the U.S.  I think this stock could easily make another 20% move from here.  I want to go long in the morning tuesday.
