Hello, I am back and have read through your emails and accept that despite missing a leg, that drawing of a spider may indeed be the one I sent you. I realise with hindsight that it is possible you rejected the drawing of a spider due to this obvious limb ommission but did not point it out in an effort to avoid hurting my feelings. As such, I am sending you a revised drawing with the correct number of legs as full payment for any amount outstanding. I trust this will bring the matter to a conclusion.

Now thats pretty funny but get this. He then decides to sell the spider on ebay. And someone pays $10k for it!
“An Australian man’s drawing of a 7-legged spider has fetched $10,000 on eBay. The hand-drawn digital picture became the subject of a widespread viral e-mail and drew a lot of interest when it was put up for auction.
The story began when David Thorne of Adelaide, Australia, tried to pay a $233.95 utility bill with the picture. He e-mailed the company offering the spider as payment for his bill.
“[I] trust that this settles the matter,” he wrote.
Thorne and the utility company then had several exchanges about the spider picture and the unpaid bill. The company did not accept Thorne’s offering and he claims the bill is still unpaid.
The e-mail exchange made its way around cyberspace, and the “original” drawing was put up for sale on the auction site by a Swedish eBay user named “Andreas.”
“David Thorne was … kind enough to give the spider to me,” Andreas said. “However, this spider is driving me nuts. Also he’s lacking a leg and thus is useless to me.”
The starting price for the drawing was $233.95. After 18 bids, the item finally sold for $10,000.”
