Shiner International, Inc., through its subsidiaries, engages in the research and development, manufacture, marketing, sale, and distribution of packaging film and color printing for the packaging industry.
BEST has been making some big moves in price action as well as in the business world. Recently BEST signed a significant deal with the largest meat product manufacture in China with potential of contributing nearly $586k in monthly sales for the company.

We believe this is a significant development in our growth in the current economic climate, enabling us to take advantage of the new Food Safety Laws as we had expected. With the positive economic indicators in China and implementation of more stringent food safety laws, the Chinese demand for our state-of-the-art food safe packaging films should continuously increase. We are confident that Shiner will realize shareholders’ expectation of solid growth and realize the five-year growth objectives that we recently announced.”
Looking at the numbers on BEST they are expecting some solid growth as this years estimates for revenue and EPS are coming in @ $34m and .01 EPS and looking onward into 2010 they expect 58% revenue growth ($54m) and nearly1500% EPS growth (.016). In an industry trading with an average earnings multiple of 18.62x earnings this sets a fair value for BEST around $3/share based on its forward estimates. Todays closing price of 1.60 for BEST which rose nearly +9% today as the broad markets collapsed around 3%. This shows a lot of strength for BEST with around 100% potential upside from here.

Its been yet again quite a volatile session as we press on through earnings season. Yesterday the GDP #’s skyrocketed the market up nearly 200 points but headlines were cluttered with skeptics about being able to sustain growth into the future. The skeptics thoughts certainly played out in the market today as the dow slid 250 points to close @ 9712 while consumer spending fell .05 in september making it the largest drop in 9 months. The Dollar also rose today further weakening the market and breaking down OIL.
Today the DOW formed a bearish englufing candlestick pattern which suggests further movement to the downside into next week. Yet conflicting this signal is the 50ema support which is where the DOW last rallied strong on the rebound. Overall the market is still medium term bullish as price remains in the ascending trend wedge.

Small Cap Stock Pick #1: ????
We just banked some huge profits on this stock last week and now we are back for round 2 as this is bouncing strong her @ 13ema and ascending trend support. This stock has some awesome forward growth estimates and an extremely low forward P/E. Short term target here is around 2.50 as we went long @ 2.01 today .

This is an extremely speculative small cap biotech penny stock. Currently they are projecting some huge growth going forward as they are expecting nearly 100% revenue growth to $88m in revenues in 2010. After this stock made its first run we are now back down to 13ema support where Black Service hopped in on the band wagon and picked up some shares here @ .495 for the bounce. looking to re-test previous highs here with a suggested stop on move below the 13ema.

It was a fairly sketch week as the DOW had tumbled the past few days with extremely large intraday swings making it difficult to be both swing trading and day trading which is why i was 100% cash for most of this week and just day trading in our Black Service Day Trading room with the All Star crew and members. I had considered taking up some short positions but had a feeling that at any point the market was going to bust loose again for the bulls and especially wasn’t going to try bet short on the day of the GDP results and hope for the best.
GDP came in @ 3.5% annual growth beating the estimates of 3.3% which sent stocks flying as the DOW closed up on the day over +2% and restablishing that the bulls are still here to play and the bears will back into their cave once again for a nap. It was the strongest growth in two years and broke four consecutive quarters of declines. Analysts are remaining skepticle about the health of the economy as they question sustainable growth in the market.
Technically the DOW is still in this extremely bullish ascending wedge pattern thats been forming for the past 7 months or so. As long as we remain above the ascending support trend we should be able to continue making solid gains on the long side.

NXTH has been a crazy stock for the past month or so as of the Black Service crew recalled over the weekend about a very similar play that we did several years ago. Heres us talking over the weekend.

ahhhh Heres an illustration of the MNCS trade from 2006… This was crazy!
The NXTH run didn’t last nearly as long but a similar type of chart where it was up every day followed by a huge crash.. Ironically enough we were just talking about the similar MNCS crash just a day or so before NXTH bit the dust.
And now heres a run down of our day trade of NXTH in which i banked $1045 on 5k shares in around 15 minutes or so and those in the Black Service chat room who followed my lead banked some big profits as well !
