it was another great day to be a black service member as we locked in some solid gains today before the market tumbled from its highs of the session with the DOW topping out near 10k with todays high of 9,931. Todays Candle on the DOW is a bearish shooting star candle so this could indicated some toppish behavior in the market as price broke to all time recent highs today yet many stocks sold off far from their intraday highs forming bearish tops across the general market. Earnings news will continue to play a large role in swinging the market in either direction. I took most of my longs off the table today to capitalize on the week long rally we just witnessed and now we are sitting @ heavy resistance to want to remain light in the portfolio for longs. Shorts are probably a safer bet at this point but just about every time you short its been followed by a huge squeeze.
Small Cap Stock Pick : CLWT
Rember my post last week on CLWT being stock pick of the week here? Well it sure proved itself today closing up over 28% with an intraday high of $3.19 and closed @ 2.76. I took profits early on this stock and locked in nearly a +30% gain in just 3 sessions but some members were able to sell this much higher today for some huuuuuge gains! Congratz to all those who sold above me!
Small Cap Stock Pick: RAME
RAME i still have an open position here with a solid +25% gain on this position after this stock jumped near 2/share today and closed up over +14%. Still holding onto this for now but will likely be selling this very soon to lock in the cash!
Small Cap Stock Pick: MNI
MNI was another decent winner today though unfortunately this formed a pretty crappy looking bearish shooting star candle today suggesting some selling going into tomorrow. I took profits @ 3.54 and 3.35 today locking in a +15% gain in just one session as i alerted Black Service members that i bought yesterday @ 3.01
