Well Its the end of the year folks! And we killed it in trading for 2011.. We had our ups and downs. And thankfully i was vacationing in thailand, Australia, and Malaysia for my 27th birthday in August when the market bears sh*t all over the bulls. But overall this was one of my best years of trading and for thetechnicaltrader.net business!
Today was the final day of the year and while the trading day was pretty boring,( i managed to lock in a little over a grand in profits) , I also managed to star in my very own reality TV show! That was apparently a big HIT! So as some of you may or may not know i just recently started up FOUS radio.. Which is now FOUS TV since i have a live High Def video streaming all day long of my desktop so that all can watch me trading in real time as make live commentary calling out my buys and sells in real time all on live video!
Well during my lunch break.. My gf woke up so i put down my headset down.. thinking i turned off the mic … lol… i mean this is my private time.. when its just me and my gf thats when im super comfortable acting like a goofy retard and what not.. To say the least i was pretty embarrassed to come back and look @ the chat room and see everyone cracking up about the whole convo and things we were saying for the past 30 minutes hahahahha! I starting sweating trying to think back if it said anything really stupid hahaha… I have a screen shot of the whole convo from my gang in the chat that ill post but heres a few snippets lol..

In edition to that.. I also got more news today! I was a finalist in the Pacific San Diego Magazines photoshoot contest. There was nearly 1200 photos submitted. 1 winner, and 17 photos were chosen to be published in this months Jan Photog edition magazine! So im published on page 56 with my photo “solo surfer” ..

AHHHH! So i live in mission beach california.. A place where we are surrounded by water with the bay on one side and the beach on the other. A 2 mile plataeu about the width of a football field where they cram as many houses, condos, and apartments as possible because… Well.. everyone wants to live @ the beach obviously! Our alley ways are so small I literally have to do a 10 point turn everytime i come and go! But.. who doesnt love living on the beach!
So for the past several months the City completey gutted my entire alley way putting in some new kind of new water system or some BS. Mission beach is a very old community lots of these roads/houses have been here since the 1920”s – 50′s so there is constant contruction goin on which is pretty effing annoying. And Most certainly loud when you work @ home! They were jack hammering the alley and my bed was literally vibrating and ears pulsing! HAHA WTF! But its good because lots of MB def needs to be upgraded and modernized. Mission beach is famous for the big dipper (roller coaster) which was built in 1925 so this thing is ancient i live right across the street from it.. But its still runnin!

Anyways.. These assholes ran water pipes in front of everyone’s garage and then poured huge mounds of asphalt over the pipes which we had to drive over.. So im backing out of my garage and then WAM! HIGH CENTER LIKE A MO FO! scratched the hell out of my side skirts and ripped the pins off them which held them down! So now my the bottom of my side skirts are hanging down and they get scratched everytime i come and go.. I went and talked to the foremen and they rebuilt the ramp but my car was still high centering.. It didnt really matter the damage had already been done .. So now i have to file a claim with the city and get this crap fixed and hope that im not the one paying for it! Fuckers…
Damage.. Gotta go into Maserati/Ferrari service center to get an estimate.. Hopefully im not paying for it.. Repairs aint cheap i just had ONLY the rear brakes done.. Bam $2,000!

My name is Cameron Fous and I’m a young entrepreneur/stock trader/bartender(temporary leave). I’m the CEO and portfolio manager over at my first fous 2.0 project TheTechnicalTrader.net which i started early in college. It grew into a very popular and successful stock trading blog, place of discussion, and education. I ran the site for free for 2 years in college with much success and gracious reviews. In April 2008 i started charging $50/month for my stock picks and brought in over $30,000 in subscriptions to my site in the first month. At age 23 i was pretty excited about the success and wondered why the hell i ran this site for 2 years for free? Beets me… guess it was a confidence issue.
Well now its December 2008 and we are in the worst financial crisis since the great depression. Many say this is worse than great depression. So as you can imagine this is just about the worst time to be in the financial industry. The volatility in the current market has created a very high risk trading environment not suitable for a reliable means of income. Banks are collapsing, financial suicides from the stress, people losing jobs left and right, the money isn’t rolling in like it used too. It will come back around, its just a matter of when. So i’ve dubbed this slowdown in the market not as a catastrophe, but as an blessing. A time to broaden my horizon. A time to use my intelligence to further my success in the long run and get involved in other things in the stock market. A time…. A time to ummmm…. what else is this a time to do? Well besides be frustrated and pissed off at the stock market. It is a time to start up TwitAroo.com
Twitter has been a growing by leaps and bounds and have noticed a variety of other websites and applications based off of its user database that have brought in a lot of popularity. Stocktwits.com which Howard lindzon (founder of wallstrip.com) became of investor in has become a popular website and social forum for stock traders based off of the twitter network. From this idea i’ve developed Twitaroo.com. Which is a social forum for not just stocks, but for all topics of popular discussion in the world such as tech, web 2.0, politics etc. Why just stop at stocks I thought? Essentially you would be able to browse twitter with different channels and join the discussion. So Twitaroo.com is currently under development and will be launched in early 2009. Hope to have a beta release in January. Looking forward to it and i will see you all there.
