As any avid trader knows, December is a huge month for small cap stock picks as we see many end of the year rallies with these stocks pushing 20-100% in a very short amount of time. We’ve already seen $PEIX, $BIOF, $URRE and $DEXO all rally 50-100% after i called them out just weeks ago. As you can see here in this video analysis of URRE and DEXO HERE prior to the huge runs that they made. Or How about this analysis of PEIX and BIOF right before they doubled in this post HERE?
I can call these kinds of moves because of two things. News speculation and the Chart patterns. News is very important, but so is the pattern. When you get FOUS4 patterns and news strung together this is where it can create the perfect storm and you see the very fast 20-100% movers. A FOUS4 pattern is 1 of 4 different patterns that i have coined and mastered over the past 6 years and you can learn all about it in the 7.5 hour Training DVD i offer. The reason why i bring up these past plays is that because these patterns, and history itself, tend to be repetitive . And i have two more in the pipeline that are awaiting to see their 20-100% gains in the not so distant future.
First up is Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals which trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker CYCC. This stock recently hit rock bottom as it plummeted to just below .40 .. Things were looking bleak as long time investors were dumping shares on CYCC which probably had a lot to do with its continued downtrend. Quoted from the street.com here.
“CYCC lost one of its largest, long-time shareholders. Austin Marxe and David Greenhouse, also known as Special Situations Fund, sold 3.95 million shares in the quarter to eliminate its stake in the company entirely. Stepping in with new buys were Ayer Capital (1.31 million shares) and RedMile Group (1.15 million shares.)”
But just as CYCC was bottoming out the Bedford report issued a PR on CYCC which gave way to some momentum and when i actually first blogged CYCC in my video analysis as one of my favorite stocks on the 20th as you can see in this video HERE . Now that the big fund had dumped all there shares in the open market guess whoes attention this also grabbed. Cyclacel CEO Spiro Rombotis and CFO Paul Mcbarron just started buying in shares right as Austin Marxe and David Green House dumped there last shares of the fund in the 50 cent area as you can see here via insidercow.com.
Now that all the major selling pressure is gone The CEO and CFO both saw an opportunity to get back into their company at a dirt cheap price. And i completely agree with them. Barring any bad news about trials CYCC has plenty of upside potential and i think could be trading back above $1 in the not so distant future. You can watch a good interview from a few days ago about CYCC’s leading drug in their pipeline. It has reached its final stage before FDA approval. Speculation alone will drive this stock up. So thats the story behind CYCC currently.. But i also said that the Chart is very important, and it most certainly is! CYCC just broke a near perfect looking FOUS4 revival pattern is this broke the neckline resistance around .67-68 today on increasing volume. I longed this position today @ .66 just as it was breaking out. The technical target for this breakout is first near $1 as this is always a very strong area of support/resistance. But just like DEXO, PEIX, URRE, and BIOF. When that $1 breaks this stock can easily run much higher from that level and CYCC could certainly do that as well. With the recent Insider buys, speculative nature of their leading drug in its final stages before the FDA, plus a FOUS4 pattern breakout today. I think this is a perfect storm for a near term huge appreciation in price for CYCC.

Next up is none other that Adeona Pharmaceuticals which trades under the ticker $AEN . Its been about 10 months since AEN has seen any real action like when in doubled in a few weeks in march of this year. Or how about when it doubled In December 2010 a few months prior. Or how about when it nearly tripled in march of 2010, and also doubled December 2009. You see what im getting at? You know that whole history repeating itself thing i was talking about earlier? And how about that mention that small caps go on manic rallies in December for some reason. Well it is indeed that time of the year again and AEN appears to be forming up the same pattern that it has formed the last 2 years in a row. Third time is a charm right?
Lets take a peak @ the 3 year AEN Stock Chart:
The pattern that AEN is in is what I like to call the FOUS4 Gold pattern. A gold pattern is when a stock trades below $1/share for a period of 6-12ish months. During this time the stock may bounce off the $1 resistance area from multiple times creating a firm resistance near that golden $1 area. Thus if an when that resistance breaks this causes a huge amount of buying pressure up to the next major resistance area, Of which is the next whole #.. $2. Usually some kind of news sparks up some hype in the stock and it heads towards $1/share. Its basically essential that you have news. You need some hype and speculative nature to the stock to send to $1 and be able to break that golden $1 area.
AEN just had three speculative PR’s in the past week that have sent this stock flying back towards that golden $1 area. First of which sparked this latest rally , AEN has partnered with the Skirball Foundation to battle MS to begin phase II clinical trials of its drug Trimesta @ UCLA.
Then on the 23rd AEN announced another collaboration with Intrexon for a DNA based therapay. PR HERE
Then just on the 30th of November AEN reported positive results for Oral Zinc therapy in ALS… aka Lou Gehrig’s disease. PR HERE
So we have a slew of good news coming in on the wire that has sent AEN upwards near $1/share. Strong resistance remains in this area but if this pattern consolidates and we breakout to new highs this stock could potentially rip near $2/share like it has done the past two Decembers in a row.

Looking @ the shorter term chart of AEM we can see the short term 3 phase triangle forming near a buck as i illustrate in the Gold Pattern.
We’ve seen AEN do it before. Theres no reason why we shouldn’t speculate that this couldn’t happen again. We have the perfect and exact set up as the last two prior december’s. And 3 recent speculative PR’s which gave rise to a surge in volume and price appreciation. Im long AEN in anticipation of this potentially breaking out of this $1 area.

Its been quite some time since i got into this business and what a ride its been from extreme highs, Lows, recessions, Thoughts of selling my website, Thoughts about working for firms, Offers from firms, thoughts about partnerships, etc. But here I am still riding solo leading the way for the ttt.net team!
I started out trading in 2005 penny stocks obviously.. because we’re all greedy assholes and think we’re gonna buy 5 cent stocks and sell them at 5 bucks.. It doesn’t take long trading penny stocks before you start realizing your not gonna be successful in that market. The Fantasy quickly turns into reality when you lose 1/2 of your already tiny portfolio in a day on a shit penny stock.
In trading. It really helps to have a mentor and someone to look up to and teach you the ways of the samurai trader. I found 3stocksonfire.com in late 2005 and David Randolph(Founder of 3sof) became my mentor. A lot of what i know today and the foundation of my strategy is pretty much based off of everything that i learned from him and his trade alerts/strategies. After becoming a popular member of there website community I ended up winning a stock picking contest out of several hundred participants @ there site. Funny to look back 6 years ago and see how much things have changed and how much progress ive made. And how different of a market and especially how social trading has become.

It was only progress from here as i really felt the knack for picking stocks and spotting the right patterns. It was then in 2006.. Only about a year later after getting into trading i felt i felt it was time for me to take the roll as mentor. And that i needed to start my own website just like theres and make a name for myself. I was still in college at this time @ oregon state. My plan was that I was going to turn this into a monthly membership website for my stock pick alerts.. Little did i know i was going to wait 2 years until several months before the 2008 beginning of the recession to finally start charging people lol! Right when we were about to have some of the most difficult times of trading in our lifetime!
2006 to 2008 had some of the best opportunities out there! I was to busy gettin drunk being a broke college kid drinking $1.75 40oz malt liquer 4 nights a week. And too scared to think that people would pay me for my service Even though it was highly worth it. And apparently so did my members. As i raked in $30k in my first month of charging $50/month per member! Funny to look back on my old website that i hand built in HTML in 2006. I still have it up online haha! This was back pre-blog era before i made the switch to a wordpress blog format.

Looking @ today. All these new trade alert sites out there are all new kids on the block. If im not mistaken none of these people had these sites 6 years ago back when i got started in this game. Not too long ago it was just me and my chat room. Now the stock market has become a social phenomena with with social networking sites. Stocktwits.com revolutionized the stock market using twitter, creating the largest online database of traders sharing information on a daily basis in real time. There is so much noise out there today. The market is chaotic. Twitter and stocktwits is nothing more than a place to try and pump your stock picks and/or market your stock trading business. Sad but true thats all the stock market and twitter is. Yes of course there are some awesome traders out there on twitter i use it every to to get information and share information. Theres basically feeder and leechers. People who feed info about stocks and the masses who leech off it. But feeder are leechers and leechers are feeders. Its one big pump forum. Everyone has there own agenda, and thats the truth of twitter and the stock market. Just another avenue of greed and money. And yes i and 100′s of thousands of people exploit it everyday to try and benefit in their favor and make that extra dollar. I actually miss the good ol days of just hanging out with my buddies in my own chat. All honest and humble people, working together in a tight knit community. And there wasnt the aspect of all the noise unless you wanted to go check out the obnoxious yahoo message boards.
Anyways, I’m rambling. I’m proud of what i created here. And happy to say that what ive built here is appreciated by many loyal followers. Some who have been with me since i started trading and first met back in the 3stocksonfire.com forum in 2005. I’m also pleased that i’ve created the #1 rated DVD @investimonials.com called the FOUS4. OXGN – nice looking chart here bounced perfectly off the 13ema trend today as tokyo and a few other were in on the trade here. .. potential continuation to new highs and is on watch .
ACLS – broke out downtrend and now above the 13ema and 50ma with some heavy volume to boot! Potential dip buy here on the mid point retest..
STP – solars conintue to have huge intraday swings. But this stock STP looks like it could make a run for it soon on the bulls side. Heavy volume @ the close .. keep an eye on it.
CIGX – solid revival in action here as this broke and closed strong just above 3.. potential continuation into tomorrow.
VDSI – low volume revival in play here breaking the 50ma.. could def see a potential trend reversal in action here.
PACB – … My Fucking nemesis! blew up 10% right after i sold it.. revival pattern still strongly in play here tho after todays market turn around.. Still a long trigger if this breaks 4 tomorrow it could bust loose to 5 bux.
CX – same boat as PACB.. waiting for the trigger to buy into the breakout
MOTR – watch for the breakout above 1.90ish and this could trigger the revival pattern to boot!

Stock Pick : MCZ
Huge day on the MCZ alert on the revival pattern breakout @ .72 that i alerted to the Black Service crew as this stock blew up HUGE and rallied nearly 24% closing @ the highs of the day. With such a strong close we will likely have a gap open into tomorrow. My target area is about .90 – 1.10 for taking profits on this trade. I initially alert long @ .72 but i picked up a few more shares on the way up today so im like 24,000 shares avg @ .74 currently and +2k on the position so far.

MCZ broke its FOUS4 revival chart pattern today. resistance is gonna be heavy in the 1 dollar area but may even spike to fill that gap in the 1.10ish area. All in all this pattern is looking great here i expect this to push higher than todays. Still holding long and strong. Note that earnings out out on the 3rd of November.

Another hot market session with a solid amount of revival patterns still in play here. Picked up 3 new stock picks today near the opening bell which are looking solid into tomorrows session.
Stock Pick : PACB
solid revival in play here i picked this up long @ 3.85.. Been watching for the past week after we played the breakout for a solid gain the day it first broke the 13ema.. Now trending above the 13ema this looks like its getting ready for another rally .. Need to break and hold 4+
Stock Pick : TSL
Another revival in play here. Solars were hot today. Such as STP and JASO also looking very strong i called those out early in chat but never took a position long. Solars are pretty tough to trade though lots of pop and drop action. TSL looks solid tho into tomorrow.
Stock Pick : PWAV
Big sell off after some news but looks to be stabilizing here went long this am @ .745 for a 1/2 position. Thinking this could squeeze into the mid .80′s short term where i would like to take some profit.
