First small cap stock pick i bought in today is ???? which made a solid breakout above its resistance area around 2.75 on increased volume. They reported earnings today of .09eps beating the street estimates of just .06 placing some positive sentiment in favor of this stock in conjunction with a bullish stock chart should result in a easy profitable trade.  Analysts are expecting forward earnings .37 giving this stock a future fair value within its industry around 7.94/share given the average earnings multiple is 21.46x.

Im long 2.98. will buy more on a dip near 13ema/9sma if given the chance.
Technical Analysis:

????  made an awesome looking breakout of its symmetrical triangle pattern today following its announcement of nasdaq listing approval which will bring a lot more credibility to this stock and increase trading volume. Besides the awesome looking chart this stock has some awesome forward earnings growth expecting to report 1.39eps next year giving this stock a future fair value around $34/share theoretically. Of course i dont think we will see this price any time soon if ever, but this forward value sets us up for a great short term trade. As price haltecd near resistance around 5.50 i think we could see a short term pullback possibly in this stock maybe at or around $5/share where i want to make a purchase.

???? made a strong pullback early this morning likely reacting to the earthquake news in China hitting 7.8 on the richter  and tragically claiming the lives of 8700 people. Looking at this trend the 13ema has been a very strong area of support where price usually makes its rebound to new highs. I went long at 1.08 1/3 position and now carry a 2/3 position in total

???? broke out of a very bullish horizontal trading channel while reporting strong earnings last week and new buy ratings from analysts sparking some momentum in this stock.  Its very possible we could see a quick 10-20% upside swing here.

We alerted ???? earliar at the price of 2.44 where i purchased some shares in anticipation of the breakout of this great looking cup and handle formation for a 1/2 position. Now that this breakout has occured we want to pick up the second 1/2 to make a full position in this stock as this chart pattern suggests a price target near 3.60 share. I’m going long ???? for another 1/2 position thursday.

We missed the first huge run that ???? made not too long ago. But now that price has consolidated forming a great looking symmetrical triangle pattern i think this presents a great opportunity for round 2 in the stock as energy stocks remain strong along with new estimates that OIL could reach $200/barrel. I want to go long this stock Wednesday in anticipation of the breakout and further bull run .

???? made a significant run in April with increased volume along with the largest amount of volume spiked today which is a bullish sign. Although price failed to pull through on the breakout today. I think we could suspect a little bit more consolidation from here and a breakout above todays high of 1.25 should resuslt in a strong upside move for us to capitalize on. I want to go long this stock on a breakout above 1.25

???? made an awesome move friday breaking out from its 8 month long descending channel on increased volume. This breakout was sparked by some very positive growth in earnings with should keep momentum in favor of the bulls for a short term move i expect of over 20% for us to capitalize on .

Here are the highlights of earnings:
First Quarter 2008 Highlights
– Revenue increased 62%, to $11.7 million versus Q1 2007.
– Net income was $4.2 million, up 76.5% versus Q1 2007.
– Our existing products continue to generate strong sales during the
first quarter of 2008. Sales of Pusen OK have increased by $1 million,
Buflomedil Hydrochloride increased 198%, Gastrodin increased 70%, and

Man what a month April was as it started out as one of the best 2 weeks of trading i’ve had in a while with multiple 20-40% trades getting gaining momentum to what looked like was going to be the best trading month i’ve ever had. Turned out it was only the best 2 weeks of trading i’ve ever had followed by 2 weeks of just about the worst trading ive ever had with a streak of losses. The important thing is that we stayed disciplined and cut the losses short with not letting the losses getting much farther over my typical max loss of 8%. In 2007 my average losing trade was 7.5% while my average winning trade was 26.5%. Due to the fact that we were able to cut losses short on these unsuccessful trades and let our winners run we were still able to end the month with an awesome 10.33% return which i’ll take every month and be completely satisfied with. Lets get our trading caps on and do work this month in the market and rake in another 10% +!!

???? is forming an awesome looking long term ascending triangle pattern along with a shorter term cup and handle formation in the making. I’m anticipating a breakout of the 2.62 neckline in the near future so a BUY was issued on ???? today with an entry price of 2.44 1/2 position fill.

We’ve been watching ???? for past few weeks waiting for the breakout of resistance and we finally got our chance for entry in this stock on the breakout above 1.26 resistance. I issued a buy alert near the close and entered at 1.36. The chart broke out of a great looking bullish trading channel with a short term price target near $2/share. I only bought a 1/2 position and will be looking to buy the second 1/2 if given the chance on a dip near the breakout/midpoint of mondays candle near 1.27.

???? is making a very bullish breakout above technical and psychological resistance at $1. The huge spike in volume today indicatates that it is likely to continue higher from this dollar area. Along with a postive fundamental outlook this is a recipe for profits in my book. ???? released very strong earnings which sparked this rally with some of the highlights as follows.

Revenue Increased 167% to $7.2 Million; Net Income Up 1016% to $2.0 Million -

“Our sterling performance in the third quarter demonstrates our ability to increase sales quarter-over-quarter and achieve profitable growth. Our revenue growth and substantial increase in net income are based on a number of factors, including increased customer demand for our products, expanded production capacity and stricter cost control.”

“For example, we started batch production for “……..” in February 2008 and expect to secure our first order and begin production in May of 2008. Based on our current and projected customer base and product lines, we are on track to more than double our revenue and net income for the full fiscal year 2008 compared to fiscal 2007.”

Technical Analysis:
As price is extended there is always the possibility of a pullback from here. But this is a very bullish breakout on heavy volume signaling that bullish momentum is very strong at this point. So i want to buy a 1/2 position Friday to catch the train if this runs big, as well as limit risk on a pullback so that i can average down if it does occur.

AOB has been in a Steady downtrend since it highs its recent highs around $14/share in late 07′ as the market has been unsteady most of 2008. Although it appears that after this negative momentum China looks to be making a rebound as a whole and along with it the undervalued growth stocks such as AOB.  After hitting lows near 7 or a 50% drop from its highs in late 07′ AOB made a strong rebound while forming a bullish ascending triangle that broke out Thursday on increased volume suggesting continued bullish momentum from here.

Fundamentally AOB looks cheap among its peers in the biotechnology industry currently trading at a low P/E of just 14x earnings compared to the industry average 22x. Looking forward analysts are expecting continued strong growth for AOB of 1.02eps in 2009. Given these estimates we could give AOB an estimated fair value within its industry of 22.47/share found by multiplying forward earnings of 1.02 x the biotech average trading multiple of 22.03. Given that AOB’s fair value within its industry is 151% above its current share price of 8.95 this is a very appealing investment. I took Thursdays breakout as an opportunity to go long AOB.

???? is forming a great looking ascending triangle pattern which should result in a strong upside move of around 20% near .80 resistance if price breaks out from its pivot point of .68. If price breaks above .68 we’re going long and strong with a short term profit target near .80. DO WORK SON!

???? Made an awsome move today finally heading strong above the 13 ema short term trend indicator with heavy volume to back up this move which should result in higher prices ahead of us. Price broke the 1.70 resistance but with a 20% move its safe to say that we shouldn’t be surprised to see some profits taken before a continuation is in place. I alerted this stock today around an hour before the close at 1.68.

???? made an awesome move today as it broke out from a great looking symmetrical triangle pattern to the companies record high with a huge spike in volume confirming that this breakout will likely have a follow up bull run. I entered long at 8.35 . second entry for this stock is near the midpoint of the breakout candle if given the chance near $8/share or so.

???? isn’t as volatile as the first stock but price made a great looking move to breakout from its bottoming trading channel on increased volume. I think we should see a 10 - 20% move up from here for us to capitalize on.
