Small Cap Stock Pick#1 :

This first stock made us a killing earliar in the year yet has tumled ever since into the sub-dollar levels currently trading at just .33/share. Theres been some recent bullish activity in which some of our members were able to capitalize on which was sparked by some PR’s about some new aquisitions. Looking at the chart we can see that a cup and handle pattern is forming here with a breakout price of .40. The increase in volume tells us that theres a good chance that this stock could breakout for round #2 in the near future. The stock is also being squeezed from the top by the 50ema resistance and from the bottom 13ema support so i breakout to the upside of the 50ema and the .40 recent high will be signs of a possible strong move ahead of us. Stock Pick #2:

This stock i’m looking to go potentially short on as it is up over 100% in the past few weeks and is sitting in a heavy resistance zone today after forming a bearish doji reversal candle. RSI is overbought and real profits havent been taken yet. WIth the Dow stock futures down 135 points currently it looks like tomorrow will likely be a day of selling giving us a good opportunity to short a position like this. I will be looking to likely go short here Thursday.
