Trading Profits: I recently started tracking and verifying all my trades on profit.ly @ the end of September 2010. Since then I’ve profited $131,000
So… ive been killing it on the bounce trade calls lately such as the ABAT , TRID, and HRZ short squeeze bounce plays and now today my call on DGW! I actually missed out on a huge amount of profits today because of that stupid mother FU$KIN earthquake scare that caused that 100 point dip in the dow jones and made several people panic… Including myself.. Which sucks but i have no regrets.. I made a decision to avoid futher disaster.. And if a tsunami actually would have been produced the market would have dropped another 200 points imo. so i made the decision to lock in the profit early on DGW for $990 @ 3.52 from my entry @ 3.27 .. Now these trades really pissed me off.. both get greatly affected by any news of a quake in japan due to its linkage to nuclear power and the destruction earthquakes can cause to power plants. I was long both these this morning prior to the quake scare and got stopped out of both of them for losses when the market tanked in seconds.. Both ended up closing very strong with great looking charts that i bought into. But…. i never ended up buying back in as the whole quake thing kinda screwed up my CHI for the day on these rare/uranium plays! So today was a bit of a rough trading session with that volatility that gave way mid session.
Stock Pick: SCON
This was another great call by me today as it was running pre-breakout and i bought in @ 3.15 … only to look @ my order log minutes later to see that only 200 shares filled LOL! Man this day was really turning out to be a mess! I did end up adding to the position so now avg fill @ 3.31 for 3k shares and this closed up big @ 3.65 in a great looking FOUS4 pattern . So while several opportunities screwed and missed some big gains on DGW .. I still managed to end the day up $1300 .. So no complaints here … Not many 26 years out there i know banking $1300 a day right?

Stock Pick China Town: Wow we Banked on CHGS! But Our 36% coulda Been 200%! Plus SHZ Shenanigans

As most of you who are actively watching the stock market just noticed that China stocks just went on an absolute rampage yesterday and today. It was just absolutely retarded really.
It started out when i added SHZ to the watch list, that i send out in our daily newsletter to Black Service Members, when it was below 5 bux and said this is a buy on a move above 5 bucks. But half awake @ the market open and the gap open on SHZ moving above 5 sketched me out and i wimped out on pulling the trigger @ 5 bucks only to watch it push near 10 two days later. This is a Fous pattern that i should have played and we could have banked heavily on it! But… you don’t always catch all the moves in the market.
here was on dec 14th:
SHZ – this failed to close above past peak highs around 4.60. if this can breakout above yesterdays highss around 4.75 this could potentially see a strong follow thru. Be careful on this one tho.
then:
SHZ – another mineral play i noted this right near the open to watch for it to push above 5… i never entered tho.. This stock always sketches me out
Stock Chart:
Sometime bein a wimp makes you miss out on some huge gains! But its being a wimp and waiting for the perfect setups is what has lead to my long term success! And thats where CHGS comes in!
China Stock Pick CHGS was one that i was able to catch @ the perfect moment as it was breaking out of a strong Fous Pattern . I alerted the Black Service Crew that i took a long position @ 1.91. The next day we blew up and i took 1/2 profits in the 2.60′s and was gonna ride the rest to see how high we would fly. But an intraday collapse in support caused me to sell the second 1/2 position in the 2.50′s… Then… holy shit… we wake up this morning only to see CHGS +75% pre-market and then ride as high 6.74 during the session and then fall back down to the 4′s @ the close… WTF! This market is nuts! Sucks that i sold before the huge gap up but i still made an awesome 36% trade and banked a verified $4k+ on this trade. Several members held the stock overnight and were able to bank on todays huge move also .. Congrats gang!

EMIS - OTCBB stock on the move just peaked out 1.50 which was its last peak resistance. Strong momentum and volume here if this pops 1.50 then its possible that this runs strong.
SURG – Just as i said i love this chart… I missed the entry here on SURG where i should have bought. Ali got in right @ 3.15 which was an awesome buy. I tried to buy @ 3.32 and didnt get filled bcuz this stock is not very liquid. but the chart is awesome i may try to buy in tomorrow on any weakness.
GRT – check out the 1 year chart this broke out to new highs above the low 7 resistance. Earnings coming up soon on this i think the 28th it was? potential play tho.
JBLU - exactly why you dont bet on earnings!
AVARF.OB this was weak among the china materials plays. But this breakout above 4 is very bullish . So this could be a pullback buy
NEXS – still on watch.. consoldating could find its ground and continue the run.
SHORT WATCH:
PIP – Im a fuckin idiot… got spooked out @ the open. But you never know what these high flyin stocks are gonna do.. Thats why you gotta protect yourself.
SHZ/CHGS – The rare earth stocks like REE and MCP got hammered today but these two have held up. But they will eventually drop 20-30% from here i would imagine.. Just gotta know how to time these drops. Which is hard to do. Unlike with my breakout buys where there’s exact buy triggers that are easy to identify. Shorting is a guessing game of where the final top is?
LIVE – Crazy no liquid spike in this stock from 4 bux to 20! Not even thinking about trying this play but def has room for some tankage if you got the balls!

SURG – I still love this chart. This is an excellen looking Fous pattern. But like with so many other breakout charts this year i got stopped out before it made its move. This is back above 3 now so i may consider buying again.
GRT – check out the 1 year chart this broke out to new highs above the low 7 resistance. Earnings coming up soon on this i think the 28th it was? potential play tho.
XING – Another china town minerals play running on the Hype. could be a potential buy if this pops above 1.90. this broke out of a nice bottom consolidation thats been forming since may. I may consider buying this soon.
CHGS - this is joining the china mineral run. I almost bought in the 1.60′s but hesitated. Hard to say how much for these can run up on this hype but this could have more upside potential as this broke out today above last peak around 1.80 on big volume today
CDII – now if there wasn’t so much damn volatility in todays market i would still be in this position after i bough in the 1.30′s…. Fuck 2010. Anyways. This busted to new highs today on huge volume 2 bux in near sight.
JBLU – very strong push above 7 resistance but earnings are out tomorrow and trading through earnings is very risky. Like the chart tho. DAL and HA blew up today with strong earnings. Airlines could start trending.
MCP/REE:both continue to just keep rocking. these damn rare earths non stop! This are now pushing towards the short side tho.
SHZ - this is just insane. This is now high on the potential short list. Problem is being able to find shares.
AVARF.OB this was weak among the china materials plays. But this breakout above 4 is very bullish . So this could be a pullback buy
NEXS - still on watch.. consoldating could find its ground and continue the run.
SHORT WATCH:
PIP – took this short today. Looking for a momentum shift as today was the first day the bears held control into the close.
HDY – crazy day for HDY this was down like 23% at one point! then made a huge rally to close above 3. No longer interested in short now but hopefully some of you were able to bank on this!

Long:
MCP/REE: both the rare earth companies contiued their breakouts today. Very strong trends here but i doubt i will participate in either
SHZ – this is a hot penny stock i first noted when it boke out in the low 1′s.. Volume was low tho so didnt want to risk getting caught in a spiraling low vol stock. Boom tho this could pop near 2… welp… in the middle of writing this SHZ just blew the hell up to 2.25 from 1.75~!
AVARF.OB Big breakout up above 4 bux today check out the 2 year chart. This definitely has some upside potential but not sure how much more these rare mineral stocks are going to run. Market will be shaky during earnings season.
WLGC.OB – this broke out to the upside today above resistance. Could see a continuation but im not interested. Volume too low
NEXS – This dipped near the mid point today may have been a solid dip buy.. But with this shaky market i dont feel too comfortable buying on weakness right now.
SHORT WATCH:
BORN – this has been trading kind of choppy the last few days. But if this cracks the 17.75 region it could drop big. This thing is so loco tho id have a tough time trying to short breakdowns as it will prob sueeeze quickly too.
PIP - This is still a potential short in play. This is tightening up now if this cracks 4 then it could tank
HDY - Crack! HDY drops 6% today.. still much downside potential.
KONE – continued the plunge another 6% today
