How I called the +60% Rally on Stock Pick URRE and My $12,000 Trade Went Awry!

The market has been hot lately as we’ve seen the past week and i called out the bullish technicals on the DOW on OCT 11th in this blog post HERE and illustrated on the DOW 30 chart below from that post. Once again ill note that FOUS4 patterns are highly more abundent and reliable when the DOW is trending on the bullish side of the 13ema short term trend indicator.
I could feel things heating up and charts were coming back into play way more so then the past several months which influenced me to tweet this on the 18th!

That Same day i alerted the URRE trade @ .886 to the Black Service Team .. I eventually became long 25,500 shares avg @ .903
Trade Alert: Long URRE @ .886 .. Strong news out and revival break in play … break .91 and this should push to 1+
I explain in this watchlist video how revival pattern can play out and that they can quickly jump 20-60% in a very short amount of time when they do trigger that squeeze. Unfortunately due to the market volatility for the past 3.5 months its been very difficult to take much chances on holding stocks for very long as many breakouts have quickly turned to the downside twice as fast as they broke. In addition to pending news on europe which could collapse the market awaiting everyday. Forced me to not take much risk. I still locked in $3300 on this trade selling from 1.02-1.05. But this was the $12,000 trade i was looking for and i pussed out! This is my strategy and i know what these patterns are capable of. But the market grabbed me by the balls and made me its bitch and said you’re too scurrrrrrred! Hahaha and i was! But thats just the way it goes sometimes. There will be plenty more revival patterns just like this coming up.

Whattttts up everyone. Another pretty crazy day out there with a decent amount of chop during the session and a lot of false breakouts that formed up but we did KILL IT on GTXI and URRE today. I locked in the profits on both these positions alerting the Black Service crew in Real TIME of my entries and exits.
Stock Pick GTXI : Looks like this one may be topping out a bit here i took my profit near the highs of the day. Awesome revival pattern though that we were able to lock in some short term gains on.
Stock Pick URRE : BOOOOOO yah locked in over $3k on this trade today.. I pussed out and locked in my profit here but this is just day 1 of the breakout so there could still be a lot of upside on this trade. But this stupid F%ckin market is loco so its hard to not take your profits and gamble on whats gonna happen tomorrow.. or even the next 10 minutes! potential dip buy near 1 here tho for round 2 red/green action.
Stock Pick DEXO : I hardly made any money on this trade, i went in small and profited small as i wasnt will to put up much risk. But the chart formation here on this revival pattern is shaping up pretty nicely. I definitely think there is potential for this to have a short term reversal in trend @least to a buck’ish area. keeping on watch.
Had a pretty rough session was up HUGE in the morning then i got punked on some false breakouts and gave up about $2500 in profits that i had. Although still managed to lock in $4623.05 on all my positions tho. Hard to pick them tops! 100% cash heading into tomorrow.

Trading Profits: I recently started tracking and verifying all my trades on profit.ly @ the end of September 2010. Since then I’ve profited $131,000
So… ive been killing it on the bounce trade calls lately such as the ABAT , TRID, and HRZ short squeeze bounce plays and now today my call on DGW! I actually missed out on a huge amount of profits today because of that stupid mother FU$KIN earthquake scare that caused that 100 point dip in the dow jones and made several people panic… Including myself.. Which sucks but i have no regrets.. I made a decision to avoid futher disaster.. And if a tsunami actually would have been produced the market would have dropped another 200 points imo. so i made the decision to lock in the profit early on DGW for $990 @ 3.52 from my entry @ 3.27 .. Now these trades really pissed me off.. both get greatly affected by any news of a quake in japan due to its linkage to nuclear power and the destruction earthquakes can cause to power plants. I was long both these this morning prior to the quake scare and got stopped out of both of them for losses when the market tanked in seconds.. Both ended up closing very strong with great looking charts that i bought into. But…. i never ended up buying back in as the whole quake thing kinda screwed up my CHI for the day on these rare/uranium plays! So today was a bit of a rough trading session with that volatility that gave way mid session.
Stock Pick: SCON
This was another great call by me today as it was running pre-breakout and i bought in @ 3.15 … only to look @ my order log minutes later to see that only 200 shares filled LOL! Man this day was really turning out to be a mess! I did end up adding to the position so now avg fill @ 3.31 for 3k shares and this closed up big @ 3.65 in a great looking FOUS4 pattern . So while several opportunities screwed and missed some big gains on DGW .. I still managed to end the day up $1300 .. So no complaints here … Not many 26 years out there i know banking $1300 a day right?

*IGOI - great looking chart i would have bought yet earnings are released tomorrow.
*HSFT - broke out above it ascending triangle pattern to all time highs could see a continuation in the trend here.
MIG - slight rally today out of the gates. Could be a new trend but prob not something ill buy into but keep on watch
FXEN - strong close check out the 2 year chart as this trys to push above 5. potential buy if strength in the morning .
MGIC - Huge breakout today on the earnings release finally above that heavy resistance now support @ 3.
TORM - this ended up breaking out today but was a false breakout and could hit its gains.. Now the chart setup is not very ideal
MGH - still in play on a move above 1.40
Uranium on fire:
URZ made a huge continuation +15%
URRE made its intraday dip and held its gains. Still in Play
CCGY.OB – BOOOOOM !!
SHORT WATCH:
*DPW huge 87% spike today. could be a solid short on an intraday spike up near 3

Bullish Stock Charts Long:
*MIG - increased dividen 33% and just popped today on earnings to new highs above longer term resistance.
*FXEN - strong close check out the 2 year chart as this trys to push above 5. potential buy if strength in the morning .
*MGIC - decent chart. Has struggled to push past the 3 area for the past 6 years. Could be a big breakout.. Earnings are out tomorrow so lets so how that plays out.
*TORM - very low float and volume stock so it is very risky. But can be very profitable if you are on the right side of the trade. Watch for breakout above 11.70 which will be a breakout over the past week consolidation.
*MGH - Strong push today on INcreased volume yet couldnt breakout above past resistance of 1.39. Strong volume into the close so could push through in the morning.
*Uranium on fire – URZ, URG, URRE.. URRE broke out big today this is by far the best canidate for a continuation imo based off of the chart pattern alone.
CHNG - nice little continuation on volume here today. Could be the beginning of a new trend.
ATSG - remember this ol guy that i bought @ 6? Finally this pushed strong again on increased volume and trending nicely above the 13ema.
LRAD - boom nice continuation +10% today from yesterdays watch list call
CCGY.OB – BOOOOOM this popped above 1 buck today i may consider buying in on any morning weakness near 1
HSTM - Broke out big intraday but formed a bearish shooting star into the close. This stocks volume is pretty low and has sketchy intraday swings.
SMTX -Potential continuation in play. watch for this to breakout to new highs .
Short Watch Stock Charts:
*GSL - this thing is just non stop on the up and up. But.. it will crash @ some point so keep an eye here for weakness for a potential short.
*NTE - NYSE stocks are always much less reluctant to crash but if this fails @ 6 and starts to fall we could see a push to the downside

*ASTM - i watched as this popped 1.60 but never bought in.. this stock is notorius for fakeouts. But overall. Strong breakout today on volume it could run
CCGY.OB – risky low volume china otc stock… yet a very bullish chart pattern forming up here. potential buy in with smaller position. Watch for this to breakout above 1.
URRE - big volume increase today. Strong chart in play. I probably wont play this but watch for this to breakout to new highs.
HSTM - This pushed right into the close today nice chart here still thinking about buying.. didnt see this run on the close or i may have.
OPWV - potential dip buy.
ZSTN -would have been a solid dip buy today! Chart still in play here.
SMTX - potential buy if this breaksout above yesterdays highs
ONP - watch for this to breakout above 5.58 on volume
SNMX -dipped to 5 support. i think earnings are coming up. potential buy post earnings.
GRT - this dipped to the low 7′s today for the buy area
AVARF.OB – awesome rebound off of $4 support this is still a potential buy.
Bearish Stock Charts:
*TORM - another cracked out mineral low float play. Too risky for me. But definitely downside potential.. or…. maybe … upside? who the fuck knows. These rare earth plays are nuts. But any stock that doubles in 2 days definitely has some downside potential.
*PIP - pretty sketch stock but it has the ability to both rise and fall. Potential short on the move below 4.30. Potential buy on the move above 4.50 area
CDTID - as i said…. this thing is nuts
TZOO - Watch for a drop below 34.30
